Want to work at Anthill? We’re currently looking for a Production Coordinator to assist with the planning and marketing of our projects and help with day-to-day tasks around the office and occasionally in the field. You should have a strong background in marketing, project management and/or film, know your stuff in the social media world and be very, very organized. Most importantly, you should love riding bikes and action sport films. The job is based in our hometown of Squamish BC and is a 6-month contract role but could grow into more. Roles & Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and book travel for film shoots -Work with producer to consolidate all the essential information about a shoot into a production booklet -Track production expenses in regular post-shoot reports -Create and maintain a social media content calendar -Coordinate premiere tour events -Work with Anthill’s distributors to insure they have stock and are promoting our films -Track the release of Anthill’s videos online and insure coverage on all key websites -Assist with creating and updating sponsor wrap reports -Assist with day-to-day tasks around the office – i.e. shipping, filing, etc. -Occasionally act as production assistant in the field as required
Knowledge and Skills:
-2 years experience in marketing, project management or film production -Education in marketing and/or film school an asset -Excellent knowledge of social media and online marketing -Experience working with spreadsheets, presentations and project management tools -Knowledge of the bike industry and passion for all things cycling
